Kristina was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and emigrated to the U.S. at the age of 13.

First Steps
Many companies showed their eagerness to help our company tackle the challenges. One of the first who reached our company was Michael – a representative of a large insurance company.
Michael, just like Kristina, has been helping Ukraine from the very first days of the war. He really took to heart the idea that humanitarian aid and donations are a “one-time” help. But the best option for long-term help now would be scaling the team and hiring Ukrainian developers for the project.
He knew that this would help the people, of course, but his own business would profit as well. Ukrainian developers are true professionals with a track record of success. So Michael started by opening three positions for his project.
Collaboration with US-based startups and established companies
During the 2nd week of the war, we were contacted by a US-based startup company. The project was in the initial phase and needed a skilled team of software engineers to be acquired quickly.
In order to fulfill the company's need for tech-strong specialties, we have conducted several meetings to define the startup's goals, discuss project requirements, and clarify all the details.
Consequently, we signed a contract and set up a team of five developers within a week. Working closely with the Client, our Project Manager has helped establish a communication and collaboration environment for seamless project development with a distributed team.
These days, we collaborate with many startups from the U.S. and other countries, helping them accomplish their goals by using our expertise in the IT industry.
